Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test
Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test or TANCET is conducted every year for students who want to pursue their dream of higher studies after they have completed their bachelor degree. Conducted by TNSF, this exam is for admissions to Masters Degree program in different colleges in the state of Tamil Nadu. So, if you aspire to get a Masters Degree in Tamil Nadu, this is the exam that you should be looking forward to write.

• M. Arch • MBA • MCA • ME • M. Tech
Eligibility Criteria :
• For MBA, candidates must have passed 10+2 and at the same time must have bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 year duration. Diploma holder students are also eligible to write the test.
• For MCA, candidates must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics as the main subject and at the same time must have bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 year duration. Diploma holder students are also eligible to write the test.
• For ME, M. Tech, candidates must have passed 10+2 and must have a bachelor’s degree in Technology or Engineering.
Selection Procedure :
Selection of the candidates to any of the aforesaid programs is through a written test of 2 hour duration. The questions are generally from the specialization, which you have applied for.

• Sale of application form: 17/03/2009
• Last date for submission of complete filled-in application form: 04/04/2009
• MBA, MCA Entrance date: 17/05/2009
• ME, M. Tech., M. Arch Entrance date: 18/05/2009 (10 A.M. to 12 NOON)
